Designing and implementing a sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence To develop partnerships with school principals, career counsellors and to market FLIP programs in various schools & colleges-public, private & international To develop partnerships with multiple government stakeholders To develop and maintain contacts with key decision makers from educational institutions across the region. To maintain databases and records (e.g. activity logs, phone logs, community resources, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing up-to-date reference and audit trail and/or ensuring the availability of items. To be responsive to inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources (e.g. parents, students, teachers, staff, external agencies, etc.) for the purpose of providing information and/or direction as required. Conduct visits to middle schools, high schools and colleges and reach student groups, individual students and school counselors and administrators to promote outreach activities within assigned territory and as required to assist other recruiters. Manage and coordinate career workshops and recruitment events Provide accurate career and academic counseling and guidance to potential students on colleges, programs and qualifications. Coordinates and implements various recruitment programs and marketing strategies for territorial or local on-site admission programs and special events to support recruitment efforts. To participate in national and local college and schools’ recruitment fairs and to ensure all marketing materials and collaterals are ready for use. To prepare reports and proposals and respond to inquiries from students. Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
