Job Summary: to oversee purchases and develop new contracts and frame agreements.In this position, you will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our organization. Establish and adhere to procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of inventory and incoming purchases and supplies, and be responsible for approving purchases. Source for competitive products and services to support the business Vendor selection and bidding process review, supervision and management of purchasing functions   Area of Responsibilities: Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options Develops plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts ensure that the products and supplies are high quality Create and maintain inventory of all incoming and current supplies Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development Working with team members and COO to complete duties as needed

Job Summary : Assist senior project engineer in tender activities. Responsible for sales and marketing of gas insulated switchgear and transformer related products and services. Responsible for managing project and/or supporting senior project engineer in managing complex projects.   Area of Responsibilities: Develop project proposals, preparing commercial documents and project reports. Administer sub-contractors. Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems. Prepare and give presentations. Assist in marketing and sales of gas insulated switchgear and transformer related products and services. Liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors. Support senior project engineer/executive on project matters related to electrical engineering field. Market intelligence. Meet annual sales and project key performance indicators.
