RESPONSIBILITIES PURPOSE / ROLE To control, direct, supervise monitor and guide the day to day application of quality management to all EPCC project activities. To support the PMC management team and the individual EPC project management teams in achieving project quality requirements in line with customer practices and standards To provide leadership in the development, implementation, on-going development of the EPCC quality assurance manual and quality assurance processes, procedures and general management system KEY AIMS AND OBJECTIVES Ensuring the EPCC contract is managed and delivered to technical standards and satisfaction.  Ensuring the EPCC contract is managed and delivered to customer standards and satisfaction. Ensuring that key reports carry out their duties and responsibilities in line with their agreed contract JOB DESCRIPTIONS.  Ensuring that the overall design and engineering, the equipment and material supply and the construction and commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the project Quality Management Programme and all necessary records are kept and auditable in the future. PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Responsible for the overall management of the EPCC core QA/QC design group and the liaison with QA representatives from the refinery owner’s side. The preparation, issue, revision and development of the contract quality management plan, inspection and verification strategy and assurance plans in conjunction with the project managers to ensure QA/QC personnel (including inspection, welding and NDT disciplines) are competent to perform their duties relating to the scope of work as identified in the contract. To ensure the Quality Assurance and Quality Control group is resourced with the correct disciplines, skills, knowledge and numbers to deliver the EPCC Package Projects to the requirements of the contract. To provide oversight on plan and co-ordination of customer /third party participation in inspection and testing at manufacturer’s facilities. Performance of quality assurance audits on both Owner and EPC contractor management systems to check implementation of quality standards and practices. Ensure that robust quality control plans are in place for all suppliers, vendors and subcontractors Ensure that all staff responsibilities are matched to job requirements and to verify all staff PDRs. Approve all temporary and permanent appointments for QA/QC group personnel.  Develop a good team spirit within assigned EPCC personnel and encourage team working with the Contractor and other customer groups

This includes all aspects of the Supply Chain Management cycle from the material requisition, involved in the bid process, ensuring timely turnarounds on internal and external approvals, timely delivery of vendor data, vendor deliverables, performance, quality, service, technical improvements, safety, and other activities which may be unique or specific to a given project. Be proactive in the approach to the delivery of equipment, materials, goods, services, variances, non-conformance reports, and communication of order status to the project team. Other duties as directed Skills & Experience Diploma in a related discipline. Considerable experience in Oil and Gas Industry or similar. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Ms Office. Experience working in onshore industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible in preparing secretarial and administrative office tasks such as typing, filing, documents formatting, document control, producing flyers, Dictaphone transcription, screening telephone calls, appointments, liaising with clients, minutes taking, composing letters / emails. Involvement in preparation of tender document and proposal. Responsibilities and tasks undertaken are as following: Assist Project Manager in preparing Cost Time Resources (CTRs), letters and compiling the Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents for submission. Set up document management and archiving system for current and past project document using relevant software. Controlling the flow of each documents, drawings, correspondence, etc either from internal or external parties. Able to work independently, a team player and possess good interpersonal skill. Maintaining Engineering Documents & Documenting of all drawings and documents relating to project Transmitting Project Documents/ Correspondence between Client /Sub Contractors Handle all incoming and outgoing documents and mail Maintaining integrated Quality Document Management systems (QDMS) and computerized filing Experience in reviewing reference documents, arrangements, specifications, standards, various reports and codes of practice and converting such documents to scanned images and storing them in Network / CD-ROM and preparing an index for easy retrieval. • The Construction Manager – LPG Terminal fulfils a lead project management and engineering role for the construction of products and solutions for storing and handling LPG. • Manage & coordinate multiple subcontractors (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc) • Develop and manage RFQs (Request for Quotes) process for all project tasks requiring subcontractor. • Manage & support Field Service Team • Set clear goals and objectives for team members and/or contractors • Responsible for developing and maintaining a project schedule using project management software • Ensure that all Field Service Technicians & Subcontractors working on-site have all of the appropriate and required training to safely and successfully complete their jobs. • Effectively communicate with the Project Manager during the project to ensure that the contracted scope of the project is being met • Manage material & labour costs to maintain the projects budget • Develop, manage and document change order process • Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate all resources (crews and equipment) • Interface with various disciplines throughout the organization and communicate effectively • Develop specific start-up\commissioning and operating procedures
