Plan, organize and control all aspects of events operations activities to meet Company’s customer service quality standards. Ability to independently source out tariffs from hotel, costing for coach/restaurants and other venues and locations. Responsible for all budgetary costing and preparation of event quotations. Responsible for developing, projecting & maintaining a market favorable image of the company and product-service solutions. Provide responsive advice and feedback to the team concerning operations issues and service improvements and ensure that best practices are maintained at all times. Manage the development and growth of the Operations team Responsible for the development of operating goals and objectives of the Destination Operations Department; recommend, implement, and administer methods and procedures to enhance operations.
