Ascella Consulting Sdn Bhd first started out in Singapore as Ascella Coating Consulting, which was established in 2004 out of the need to support paint and chemical manufacturers improve their operations and to develop safer chemical products for consumer use.

While working with these chemical manufacturers, we realised that our contribution to our clients was not just in improving their technical processes, we were also helping them become more profitable, accountable and effective.

As such, we grew our capabilities and services to support the cultural change and corporate restructuring exercises of companies. To date, our clientele for these services has expanded beyond the chemicals manufacturing sector, we have helped banks, hoteliers and services companies transform their organisations towards a high performance culture.

We also strongly believe in educating our youth to become entrepreneurial and resourceful, and to that end we have actively supported non-governmental organisations and learning institutions to develop and execute youth development programs. We have supported organisations like Rotary Club, UNHCR, Taylor's College, Universiti TAR and many others in this area, and will continue to do so in the future. Our children are our future, and we are fully committed to give them the opportunities to learn, grow and shine.

Job purpose   To support the Customer Relationship Manager in sales related activities, that include and are not limited:- Engaging in telephone calls, email blast, social media management and any other communications method for the purposes of arranging sales or consulting meeting appointments Recording and updating details of sales contacts and discussions in a proper and orderly manner Preparation of logistical supplies and equipment for training and consulting Support in improving the sales script, by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement   Duties and responsibilities   Contacting potential or existing customers to introduce products and services, with the intention to secure a viable meeting appointment Engage potential or existing customers via email blasts, social media communication and any other marketing/communications method Meet daily or weekly targets, as mutually agreed with the supervisor Enter and update customer information in the customer relationship management (CRM) database Maintain records of sales calls, and note useful information related to sales calls. Any other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor
