Elite 25 – 35 years old Degree and above.Diploma and above with minimum of 2 years working experience. Rejoined Life Planner within five (5) years from the point of last termination from AIA is not eligible to participate in Elite Academy. Willingly to work under the training system. Required Skill(s): communication, sales and marketing experiance, preferably in financial services like insurance, unit trust, housing loan and credit card, banking related field. Positive attitude and willing to take-up challenges. 2. Elite Pro 25 – 45 years old Degree and above with minimum 3 years working experience. Minimum RM 3,200 average monthly income with past 2 years or past 3 months proof of income. Rejoined Life Planner within five (5) years from the point of last termination from AIA is not eligible to participate in Elite Academy.
