Conduct due diligence on potential clients (KYC), files opening procedures, conflict checks and searches (including land, company, bankruptcy & winding up), preparation of sale and purchase agreements (developers’ & sub-sale), loan documentation of various banks & occasionally tenancy agreements. Attending to, communicating and liaison with clients, developers, financiers, relevant authorities and others relating to work matters, including for documents and arrangement of appointments for execution, adjudication, stamping and filings of documents, forms & notices, preparation of advice to clients for the release of financing facilities, attending to billings and collections, file management (including scanning and photo-copying documents), regular and consistent filing (physical & digital) and keeping strict KIV system and status reports; and supervise and guide junior secretaries and clerks attending to Banking & Conveyancing matters.
