Achieving volume and revenue targets by growing sales from both existing and new customers. Responsible for the complete sales cycle accountability including sampling, pricing, collection of payment, market planning and top line growth. Establish and maintain sustainable relationship with existing and potential customers. Evaluate market conditions and formulate plans to maximise sales revenue. Support Sales Director in providing Sales Support to all customers. Coordinate marketing and sales activities with Commercial Director, Sales Director and headquarters to ensure that sales objectives are met. Ensure that customer forecasts are aligned with manufacturing plans. Follow up on collection of payment and manage Accounts Receivables within ageing period. Analyse market development and provide timely market intelligence to Management.
