GSIB SDN BHD was founded in May 1993 by a small core group of professionals, as a Project & Construction Management company, specializing in small and medium sized Construction, Office Design, Renovation and Fit-Out projects. Formerly known as Ganda Sakti Sdn Bhd, this name change was necessary to project a common brand name in all countries GSIB is currently operating in as well in those countries where operations are set to commence. These operations may take the form of separate entities incorporated in those countries but subscribing to GSIB’s principles of providing consistently high quality value for money services to its clients. The inclusion now of “International Builders” reflects the growing stature of the GSIB group as a reputable Building Company in this region. The Founders of the Company are still very much involved in the day-to-day operations and management of the company. Experienced, performance-oriented staffs that subscribe to the Company’s high standards of PROFESSIONALISM, QUALITY and INTEGRITY ably support this Management team. This coupled with a flat management structure enables GSIB SDN BHD to outperform large bureaucratic companies with multi tiered management structures. Our objectives are to provide total service management to our clients and accordingly GSIB SDN BHD tackles projects right from conception through commissioning, to ensure the successful and complete transfer of projects to clients. In endeavouring and encouraging a firm belief in this approach, GSIB SDN BHD has achieved an enviable track record of completing projects as scheduled, within budgets and according to required technical specifications to the satisfaction of its clients. Among our growing and satisfied clientele are BMW-Auto Bavaria, AVEVA, Wyeth, BHP Billiton, SAGG and Halliburton Energy Services; each one arguably a world leader in its respective industry. To further underline expansion & commitment to the M&E Services GSIB SDN BHD have since established a separate business utility, Ganda Sakti Engineering Services Sdn.Bhd. (GSES). This spin-off continues to demand of itself the same exacting standards that is a hallmark of its sister company GSIB SDN. BHD.
