Job Summary:
Take charge of inventory section include issue PO, monitor and capture Stock in and out as per Warehouse Management movement report and timely closing monthly accounts for inventory section. Verify the correctness of stock movement with respective parties for the quantity and value, reconcile the Accounting ledger with Inventory Report as well as Stock related reports with Warehouse Management.
Job Description:
- Raise PO according to the shipment schedule prepared by Supply Chain.
- Checking the sales tax calculation.
- Ensure movement of the stock in the warehouse is checked and capture into book on time.
- Ensure adherence with the closing accounts and reporting KPI.
- Prepare work schedule and report related to inventory section
- Assist in monitoring some administration role such as Stationary replenishment, photocopy machine etc.
- Any Ad-hoc job as and when required.
