Established in July 2011, My Social Network Sdn Bhd (MSN) is a subsidiary of Extreme Broadband Group (EBB), a licensed Internet Service Provider that was incorporated in May 2005.

MSN was awarded the MSC status in 2011 for developing a campus web management system called ReachOut for EBB. The system is currently being utilised by several local universities namely:

• INTI International University – Putra Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
• Nilai University – Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
• The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus – Semenyih, Selangor
• Tunku Abdul Rahman University College – Kampar, Perak
• Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur – Kajang, Selangor
• International College of Yayasan Melaka – Melaka

MSN branched out into the e-commerce business in the beginning of 2015 and began developing the corresponding infrastructure to cater to the growth and demand of the Malaysian ecommerce and online sales economy.

In June 2015, the company acquired i-Pmart Technology Sdn Bhd, a MSC status company, which operates www.ipmart.com.my. MSN is leveraging on i-Pmart Technology’s infrastructure to transform www.ipmart.com.my into Malaysia’s largest electronic gadgets ecommerce portal.

Unlike other players in the e-commerce industry, the company maintains a full e-commerce business operation which includes web development, social media marketing, digital marketing, supply chain management and delivery.
