We conducts BPO services in Customer Support (CS) Segment. Our services provide clients with CS Officers off-site support through Instant Messaging (IM) System to resolve customers’ issue & problem. Our office operates 24/7 including public holidays under shift basis. We maintain our competency through weekly report, monthly KPI appraisal and comprehensive training (monthly refresher training & overseas on-site product training).
We are expanding our IT team and constantly upgrading our knowledge to widen our business prospective to venture into IT support, we incorporate our existing system to be able to support client’s IT segment whom wish to outsource their IT department.
We are under-developing an IM System which is able to cater to all our clients, regardless which platform. We aim that our IM System is able to integrate with different platforms, where we are able to receive information from various platforms and our CS Officers will respond accordingly through our IM System and the output will shown exactly the same in specific platform spontaneously.
