The incumbent shall report to the Head, Corporate and Finance and be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the entire Group and he/she will play a primary role in assisting the Head, Corporate and Finance in the following duties: To be responsible for the management and operations of the Finance Department, working closely with purchasing, facilities and IT units. To be responsible for timely completion and submission of management accounts and financial reports to the management and regulatory bodies; including submission for statutory audits, Goods and Services Tax, Company Taxation, etc. To be responsible for timely production of monthly management and financial reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management review. Conduct financial reporting and planning, prepare budget plans, monitor and analyse cash flow, forecasts and performance reviews. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other authorities on financial details and ensure compliance. Assist in corporate strategy, project costing, feasibility studies and planning for the long-term financial goals of the Group. Review the Groups financial reports and propose ways to reduce costs. Conduct regular and relevant analysis to assist Management in making key financial decisions with regards to cash flow, profitability and investments. Analyse market trends to ensure that the Group continues to grow its assets and business reach. Develop and recommend policies and objectives consistent with those of the Group to ensure efficient operation of the entire Group. Commercially-focused to manage the Groups financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems. Draft financial commentary packs for monthly-held board meetings.
