AQ was founded by two graduates of Hotelschool The Hague, an International University of Hospitality Management. AQ originates from the Netherlands and opened its first office in The Hague in 2001. Although we started small, in a fast growing mystery shopping market, our company grew rapidly.
We first focused on the Benelux; the Dutch, Belgian and Luxembourg market. Four years later, in 2005, we made the decision to expand our activities to the Asian market, beginning a new office in Singapore.
This expansion to Asia helped our company grow even faster. In 2007 we opened our third office, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Quickly after this we opened in Tokyo, followed by new offices in Hong Kong and recently Shanghai.
With more than 10 years’ experience in the business we have since grown into a multicultural company with global reach and local roots.
