Responsibilities:

To analyze the project performance on monthly basis.

To review and ensure completeness of the management reports.

To prepare company annual budget plan and quarterly forecasts.

To prepare cash flow projection of the company. Manage daily accounting and administrative functions

Implement effective internal controls and compliance with standard operating procedures.

To liaise with auditor for year end audit.

To liaise with external parties eg.. auditors, bankers, suppliers etc.

Requirements:

Member of MIA

Relevant working experience in Property Development Industries.

Min 5-7 years of experience

Having knowledge in deferred taxation

Managed and lead a team of accounting staffs.

Knowledge in computerize computer system IFCA would be an advantaged.

Chinese Female/Male

Language Proficiency: Mandarin and English
