MESSRS SH TAN, YONG & CO is a law firm established since 2014 and duly registered with the Malaysian Bar Council with its main office at Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya and branch at Georgetown, Penang. Our Firm is a partnership constituted by three (3) experienced partners, each of them having been in legal practice for more than ten (10) years. The main office at Petaling Jaya is headed by Ms Tan Siao Hui and Ms Yong Ker Ting whilst the Penang branch is headed by Ms Loh Tze Wei. All of our lawyers are in possession of valid Practising Certificates and the Firm is insured with professional indemnity insurance cover.

Our main practice areas include property/real estate conveyancing and advisory, civil and commercial litigation, corporate and commercial advisory, employment law and industrial relations, family laws/divorce proceedings and inheritance laws (Will and Probate).

Our firm is currently open to accept law students as interns/attachment students/pupils-in-chambers to work directly with our Partner on matters related mainly to conveyancing and litigation work. Law students who wish to gain practical experience working in a law firm or pupils looking for chambering placement are encouraged to apply. Guidance and supervision will be provided.
