Monitor the cash flow collection and payments Directs the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures Monitor and participate in the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, assets and operating expenses, and insurance records Participates in cost analyses and rate studies Budget and Fore-casting, prepare statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues Coordinates the preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting Reviews financial statements with management personnel Liaise with the Auditors, bankers, and Tax Agents pertaining to accounts and tax matters Performs any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time

Responsible for implementing and maintaining site environmental, safety and health program requirements, measures as well as ensure compliance with all statutory regulations. Develop and integrate an efficient ESH plan and systems. Conduct regular safety audit/inspections and also facilities audits, including action plan improvement and follow-up coordination.  Conduct regular reviews of the Company's safety policies and initiate updates of procedures whenever necessary. Liaison with relevant government, regulating authorities and non-government bodies when necessary.  Advice Heads of Department and the Management on regulatory compliance requirements pertaining to Occupational Safety and Health matters. Identify necessary control measures and coordinate gap analysis exercise. Any other duties are assigned by the Superior as and when necessary.
