1. Possess at least Diploma in Marketing/Business Management or any equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in digital marketing or related field.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Superior interpersonal and presentation skills.
5. Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva or others design software, if any.
6. Must have knowledge in content creation and pay ads campaign on the following platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads or other social platform, if any.
7. Ability to use iMac will be an added advantage.


1. Execute strategic planning across digital platforms to provide direction for a brand's presence.
2. Collaborate with different internal teams and agencies to develop, implement and evaluate digital paid media and content performance to meet business objectives for continuous improvement.
3. Design and develop digital ads campaign for selected audience and target customers.
4. Compile and distribute leads generated to respective sales teams and/or agencies on daily basis.
5. Review and improve digital ads campaign from time to time.
6. Monitor and control budget spent on respective campaign launched.
7. Deep-dive into digital analytics to understand web and sales performance for actionable data driven insights.
8. Work closely with Brand & Communications to manage strategy, development and publishing of content across all digital digital channels.
9. Stay on top of industry changes to ensure we stay ahead of the curve on digital and social.
10. Explore new opportunities to grow company's sales performance and digital space presence via new format, channels and platforms.
11. Work independently with minimal guidance.
