• To assist lawyers in litigation and corporate advisory files • To assist lawyers in handling and managing tasks/assignments – collating, reviewing, and analysing contracts/documents, drafting of agreements, letters of demand, general letters, drafting of cause papers pertaining to litigation, research, attending court, attending meetings, handling clients, assisting/conducting hearings, full trial, appeals, other related work • To assist lawyers in managing & administering multiple files, corresponding with clients, preparing status reports, and attending to the needful to ensure that the files are duly monitored & in order at all times • To assist in contributing to the firm’s business development • To assist in other general tasks/assignments as assigned by the firm
