- Assist Baker in cost control, training of staff; ensure cleanliness, sanitation and
hygiene of respective areas and staff, food production and preparation.
- To conduct training for staff.
- To ensure the food prepared for both patients and public are up to expectation and
- To assist F&B Manager in preparing for functions.
- To ensure the cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene in the bakery.
- Daily checking the quantity and quality of food received from food supplies and store.
- Ensure that all machine, furniture, equipment and utensils are clean and in working
condition at all times.
- To maintain the cleanliness in the bakery.
- To ensure good and harmonious working relationship with all colleagues.
- To report for duty on time as per duty roster prepared.
- To ensure proper attire is put on.
- To maintain high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times.
