Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers’ inquiries calls, emails and quotations
  • Process sales orders and reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • To handle customers’ complaints and give after-sales support if needed.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team by managing schedules, proper documentation arrangement, record and filing, evaluate and update required information between Sales and other departments to ensure a smooth flow of work.
  • Assist in the preparation and organize related promotional material or events’ set-up.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or above in any field.
  • Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen.
  • Candidate with at least 1-2 years of working experience in related field will be an added advantage.
  • Must be able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, both in written and verbal. Able to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • Good team player with sense of urgency & good time management skill.
  • Keen analytical abilities, good problem-solving skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
