Job Description:

Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of event management? As an Events Executive, you’ll be the backbone of our events team, ensuring every detail is in place and every event runs smoothly. From coordinating with vendors to assisting with on-site logistics, your role will be pivotal in bringing our events to life. We’re looking for someone who is organized, has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a hunger to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan & Execute: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring every event meets our standards and client expectations.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure the best services and materials on time.
  • On-Site Support: Be hands-on during event setup, operation, and teardown, making sure everything runs smoothly as required.
  • Admin Mastery: Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining event documentation accurately.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs and keep them updated throughout the event planning process.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of event materials, ensuring everything is in order and ready for action.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and help us get better with every event

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not essential.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules demand.
