Full Stack Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust web applications, working on both front-end and back-end components to deliver seamless user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality front-end and back-end components of web or mobile applications, or other development requirements as assigned.
Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and efficient code.
Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Debug and resolve issues in existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and other technical challenges.
Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus.
Minimum 3 years experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Experienced with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React).
Experienced in back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., PHP, Node.js).
Familiar with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and server management.
Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experienced with mobile development technologies (E.g. React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow in various development opportunities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
