- Prepare and sent out reminder/ audit confirmation letter to clients
- Proper record, close monitoring and updating Cashbook/Petty cash weekly.
- Maintaining a proper filing system for hard copy and electronic filing system
- Office machine operation.
- Performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to :Photocopying, faxing, mailing, and other duties as assigned.
- To arrange and monitor office dispatch.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- Experienced in audit / tax services or equivalents.
- Able to liaise clients
- Able to work well independently and fast learner
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s) : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
