WordPress Development and Management

• Assist in building and customizing WordPress pages to ensure responsiveness and a seamless user experience.
• Support the implementation of branding elements and design modifications as per guidelines.
• Help manage access control, user permissions, and basic security settings.
• Assist in updating and maintaining Course and Areas of Study (AOS) pages.

Website Audits and Optimization

• Conduct basic link audits to identify and fix broken links.
• Help categorize and structure WordPress pages using tags and categories for better organization.
• Assist in website architecture planning, including sitemap structuring and basic SEO implementation.

Daily Site Check

• Perform daily site checks to ensure functionality, uptime, and responsiveness.
• Assist in identifying and reporting website performance issues or security concerns.
• Test and verify forms, internal links, and other interactive site elements.
• Monitor server logs for basic issues and escalate concerns as needed.

Job Competencies

• Basic understanding of WordPress (themes, plugins, and customization).
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website structuring.
• Attention to detail for site auditing and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with development and content teams.
• Interest in website management and continuous improvement of digital platforms.

Documentation:

• Proficient in documenting workflows, technical processes, and security protocols.
• Ability to create clear and concise knowledge-sharing materials for operational continuity.
