Internship - Talent Management/ HR

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Management Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the full cycle of talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain practical experience in human resources and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

-        Support the recruitment process (job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).

-        Participate in employee engagement activities, workshops, and events.

-        Support the performance management process, including data collection and tracking.

-        Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and innovative talent initiatives.

-        Maintain and assist with monthly update reports, and databases.

-        Provide administrative and project support to the HR/Talent Management team.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

-    Strong interest in talent management, human resources, and employee engagement.
-    Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
-    Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of XHT systems is a plus.
-    Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
-    Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
-    Able to work independently and as part of a team.
