JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Sales

  • Prepare quotation
  • Prepare weekly report
  • Prepare meeting room; ready projector; record meeting agenda
  • Filling quotation / PO / Span &Sirim Certificate / Drawing / etc.
  • Prepare project list

 

Admin

  • Office General Admin which including the monitoring of stationery and office tidiness
  • Monitoring of utilities bill and license renewal.

 

Human Resources

  • Assist in leave recording and submission to HQ.
  • Handling recruitment & resignation of staff
  • Hotel Booking

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Candidate must possess at leastdiploma in any field.
  • Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Well verse in Microsoft excel.
  • Strong communication skills and able to work independently.
