Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers’ enquiries through phone, email and etc.
  • Prepare quotations and follow-up with customers.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, sales orders and delivery
  • orders.
  • Prepare shipping documents and liaise with customers and
  • forwarders on shipments.
  • Coordinate with customers & suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled
  • on time.
  • Assist the Sales Team in monitoring of quotations, orders and
  • delivery schedules.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum STPM or Diploma qualification
  • Possess positive attitudes and willingness to learn
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Knowledge on Oracle software would be an added advantage
