Job Description

 Development of a HR Department
o Provide leadership for HR department and strategic planning, recruitment &
staffing, performance review and management
o Working with the Management on succession planning and organizational
development
o Review & streamlining of the HR existing practices, programs & policies where cost
effective
o Work with Department head in developing a culture that promotes quality,
performance & continuous improvement
 Leading Resort’s HR Department
o Training staff to improve HRMS, TMS and Payroll system competency
o Review labour contractors / agents arrangements and source more effective
alternatives
o Develop and improve process on performance review to develop service excellence
and a superior workforce
o Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labour ordinance
 Review existing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
o Review existing HRIS and recommendations to improve efficiencies
o Ensure associate proficiency in effective usage of systems
 Assist Departments in administration of Compensation & Benefits
o Monitor payment practices and systems for cost containment
o Conduct Market surveys when required
 Compliance with Labour Laws
o Direct compliance with the Labour ordinance and regulations
o Protecting the interest of the company and managing risks in prevalence with
government regulations.
 Advise in HR-related projects or any other projects that may be assigned by the Company

Job Requirements

Qualification:
Bachelor Degree
