Job Description

Job Purpose:

To monitor & complete WH-DS QMS documentation within stipulated timeline

Job Scope and Key Responsibilities:

Daily check QMS Matrix, Initiating Deviation, CAPA, Change Managements & SOP updations

Key Performance Indicators:

 

  1. QMS elements ( Deviations, CAPA & Change Managements ) should be closed within timelines
  2. Weekly review on shop floor records
  3. Co-ordination with CFT for on time closure of QMS Documents
  4. Training co-ordination in department

Job Requirements

Technical / Functional Skills (Must have):

 

  1. Must have brief knowledge of handling Deviation, CAPA, Change Management and investigations in pharma warehouse
  2. Good Communication skill
  3. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Behavioral / Management / Other Skills

 

  1. Polite in nature,
  2. Disciplined
  3. Can work in team

Educational Qualification / Skills Certification/ other requirements

  1. Bachelore of Science or Bachelore in Pharmacy
  2.  8 to 10 years experience
