Responsible for the college’s student records by collecting, recording, maintaining, and reporting of student records as per the guidelines;
Ensure compliance to policies, procedures, and required legislation;
Collaborate with administrators, faculty, and counsellors to facilitate and improve services to students, including eligibility and registration/records policy questions.
Organize and administer the records, registration, graduation functions and any events or functions that is not limited to convocation ceremony, including transcript format evaluations,
Provide any information required by KPT and MQA during audit visits.
Monitor and ensure that all applicants meet the entry requirements.
Provide monthly reports on student status to stake holders.
Ensure that all data are correctly captured in the CMS with the support of staff.
A recognised Master’s in a related discipline. Applicants with a degree in business administration or education will be given priority.
At least 10 years of working experience in higher education.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential in the dealings with government agencies, students and academic staff.
Experience working in a busy and demanding environment.
Able to work independently with tight deadlines.
