Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Update employee daily attendance, leave application, Overtime and Medical claim
  • Experience with Flex HR, Time Attendance System will be an added advantage
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative jobs assigned from time to time
  • Ensure systematic filling system

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENT

  • SPM or Certificate in Business Administration
  • Minimum  1 years relevant working experience
  • Able to  work independent and able to write and speak English and Mandarin
  • 5 days work per week

Working Hours: 5 working days    Mon~Fri : 8.15am to 6.00pm , Sat           : Off

Salary range - RM1500- RM2500
