Contract Customer Service

Job Description

  • Professionally and accurately handling inbound calls on customer's inquiries and request on the company's products and services by applying good knowledge of modern tools, policies and processes
  • Responsible for keeping abreast of the company's products, services, marketing campaigns, systems, processes, and technology content displays
  • Handle customer complain and assist customer

Job Requirements

  • SPM / Diploma or Degree holder with at least 1-year working experience in customer service or related industries
  • Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia for written and spoken
  • Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Independent, self-confident and highly motivated
  • Able to start immediately or with short notice
  • Fresh graduates without working experience are encourage to apply
  • Must be willing to work in Shah Alam
  • Willing to work shift hours

Additional Information

Salary Package:

  • RM 1800- 2000 (Basic)
  • RM 250 (Shift allowance)
  • RM 250 (Transportation allowance)
  • RM 500 (Mandarin skill allowance)
  • Min RM 300 - Max 1250 (Performance Incentive)
  • Overtime
