Job Description

  • Collect and Key in Client Name Card
  • Build up client database
  • Client segmentation: Building Up Priority List
  • Identifying approachable and non-approachable cliente
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Forecasts and track client accounts metrics
  • Making appointment with clients
  • Coordinate with staff members for the approaching clients process
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Communicate client needs and demands to the company
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Make sure clients receive requested services in a timely manner
  • Generate sales among new and existing clients
  • Service multiple clients concurrently
  • Keep records of clients’ transactions
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients
  • Reporting on areas of improvement

Job Requirements

  • No working experience required
  • High proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Self-motivated and outgoing
