Job Description

  • Assist the Area Sales Manager/Assistant Manager in all sales and marketing activities with Chinese speaking and non-Chinese speaking markets 
  • Formulate and implement marketing plans, and develop new business opportunities and market niches
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure that orders are within the terms and conditions of the sales contract, and that the goods are delivered to customers on time
  • Communicate with prospective and existing customers mainly via emails and phone calls
  • Prepare sales contracts, sales reports and other sales-related reports for assigned markets
  • Monitor customer payments and ensure that they pay on time and in accordance with the terms on the sales contract
  • Develop and maintain good rapport with customers
  • Assist in preparing various sales and market reports

Job Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Marketing/Sales/MassCom or equivalent qualification
  • Min 1-2 years working experience
  • Must be able to read and write Mandarin
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and business development skills
  • Self-motivated and aggressive in achieving the sales target
  • A good team-player
  • Willing to start immediately
