Strong customer relationships – Develop and expand customer relationships within the IT industry as well as develop a customer relationship map for each account.
Strong sales leaderships – Lead and orchestrate each account and its opportunities and continuously reinforce the vision for each account and its opportunities.
Develop strategic, effective and actionable sales plans – Research and understand each account’s business and industry, and technology environment, develop a strategy for each account and conduct regular sales plan reviews.
Provide healthy, predictable pipeline report – maintain healthy pipeline to meet revenue goals with right balance of short term revenue and long term opportunities and relationship-based strategic opportunities.
2 – 3 years working experience as Junior Sales Executive / Sales Executive in IT Industry.
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Good communication skills – written and oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for IT Managed Services.
Understand target customer’s business needs, deliver presentation, develop proposals and accurately articulate value propositions throughout all steps in the sales cycle.
Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction during pre sales and post sales engagements and achieve repeat sales.
