JOB DESCRIPTION :

PR creation
In charge of department document control
To in charge of general admin
Casual management
Assist other matter related to ADMIN
To order all the office supply by weekly, monthly, quarterly by using SAP
To handle invoices through Good received No and Bill Forwarding Notes in SAP system
Business card arrangement for Biocon’s staff
To prepare invitation letter for Malaysia Visa and Singapore Visa
To arrange coffee powder(Coffee Machine) and stationery stock for Biocon Sdn Bhd.
To arrange Photocopy machine toner for all department
To make sure Coway Machine in a good condition
To make sure all the machine service on time-Rentokil Initial

Salary Range :
5,500.00 - 6,500.00
