Job Description

Job Description:-

  • Handling the full sets of accounts including account receivable, account payable and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing sales invoice, receipt and other accounting documents
  • Handling the submission of SST to the KASTAM
  • Managing the full spectrum of payroll process
  • Responsible for timely processing of payroll and submission of related statutory reports (EPF, SOCSO & LHDN)
  • Liaise with banker, government authority, company secretary, auditor and tax agent
  • Any other ad-hoc duties to be assigned by the management from time to time

Job Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma Business Studies/ Administration/Management/ Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • Proficient in English
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SQL Accounting and SQL Payroll Software will be an added advantage
  • Priority to those who are able to commence work IMMEDIATELY
