Job Description

  1. To check and improve food safety and quality control procedures.
  2. To develop process and ensure quality consistencies.
  3. Conduct food testing and ensure they are fit for human consumption.
  4. To improve and enhance quality of food, including perform test, taste and tweak different recipes until the flavours are spot on.
  5. Assist and support laboratory maintenance.
  6. Source and update lab equipment if required.
  7. Optimize the texture and taste of product.
  8. Ensure records are properly maintain, update and remain traceable.
  9. To perform investigation and trouble shooting to resolve quality or processing issues.
  10. To perform any other tasks as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma/Degree in Food Technology/Food Science/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent with a passion for cooking and learning new skills.
  2. Interested in R&D development.
  3. Must know the basics of preparing and cooking delicious western/oriental food.
  4. Passionate about food product development.
  5. Good sensory skills.
  6. Must be willing to learn and experiment with new food trends.
  7. Preferably male candidate with one year working experience in related field.
  8. Required languages : English/BM/Mandarin
  9. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
