Provide consultation to potential students and parents and follow-up via phone, walk-in, email, etc.
Meet sales target
Able to participate/attend in-house or agent marketing activities such as education fairs, workshops, seminars, college open day, etc.
Ensure proper management of enquiry database
Work closely with other departments’ to support and resolving students’ enrollment and documentation process as needed
Any other duties as and when assigned
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience of customer service and sales experience within an educational environment would be highly regarded
Ability to work independently and as part of a team required
Possess own car and able to travels to various locations and ongoing outreach activities to recruit new students
Proficiency with computers required, especially Microsoft Office
Strong presentation and Public Speaking Skills
