Job Description

  • Interact by phone with our targeted audience for our campaigns, provide information based on the tele script, collect information and conduct follow-up calls.
  • Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data base.
  • Conduct phone and internet research on targeted companies to provide necessary support data information for campaigns.
  • To maintain and update records in our system accurately and in accordance with data protection requirements.
  • Ensure SLA and KPIs are met
  • Perform outbound calls to targeted audience for multiple campaigns assigned with given scripts.
  • Capture accurate data and maintain customers/potential customers data in accordance with the data protection requirements.
  • Conduct phone and internet research on targeted companies to provide necessary support efficiently.
  • Assist on ad-hoc assignments advised by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate possess min a Diploma
  • Experience in contact centre (min 1-2 years) managing outbound calls
  • Able to communicate in English/Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin/Cantonese
  • Relevant telemarketing experience including lead generation, event management and responding to telephone queries is an added advantage.
  • Excellent customer focus with track records
