Interact by phone with our targeted audience for our campaigns, provide information based on the tele script, collect information and conduct follow-up calls.
Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data base.
Conduct phone and internet research on targeted companies to provide necessary support data information for campaigns.
To maintain and update records in our system accurately and in accordance with data protection requirements.
Ensure SLA and KPIs are met
Perform outbound calls to targeted audience for multiple campaigns assigned with given scripts.
Capture accurate data and maintain customers/potential customers data in accordance with the data protection requirements.
Conduct phone and internet research on targeted companies to provide necessary support efficiently.
Assist on ad-hoc assignments advised by superior.
Candidate possess min a Diploma
Experience in contact centre (min 1-2 years) managing outbound calls
Able to communicate in English/Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin/Cantonese
Relevant telemarketing experience including lead generation, event management and responding to telephone queries is an added advantage.
