Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Receive brief from client, assess budget, understand product and requirements, and define milestones of completion
  • Ingest specification as discussed with client, define deliverables, and communicate to internal teams
  • Manage workflow priorities and identify potential bottlenecks or obstacles
  • Develop existing client accounts with each project milestone
  • Build relationship and trust with existing clients
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and client during routine WIP meetings
  • Source for external resources for production

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Between 1-5 years working experience in client servicing and/or account management
  • Able to manage a servicing team
  • Able to provide strategic insight/inputs on business and marketing campaigns
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Candidates from Mass Communication/ Marketing/ Admin background are welcomed to apply.
