Job Description

Brief Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Perform data entry and create reports with charts to interpret the data
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Prepare documents including correspondence, drafts, memos and emails
  • Update standard operating procedures and other documents
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence and coordinate deliveries to relevant parties
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Respond to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years related working experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Emphasis on Excel, Word & PowerPoint (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Professional attitude and appearance

Additional Information

Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,800.00  

Working Location: Desa Sri Hartamas

Working Hour: Mon-Fri 9.00am-6.00pm
