Description: Handling customers on general enquiries, feedback and issues related to company’s products.
🚩 Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company’s products
🚩 To exceed customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
🚩 Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
✅ Required language(s) : Mandarin/Cantonese, English spoken and written
✅ Simplified Chinese (Ability to read and pinyin typing)
✅ Those recently completed SPM are encouraged to apply – Full Training provided.
✅ Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
✅ Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.

Cantonese Speaker basic RM2,500
Mandarine Speaker basic RM2,000
KPI allowance up to RM300
Shift allowance up to RM300
