Job Description

To attend/answer inbound calls from customers, identify their problem and assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution 

Provide customer support and assistance

Ensure all incoming calls are answered within the service level set by the Company.

To work as a team to reduce the call abandoned rate.

To attend to any other assignments assigned by the superior

Strong time management and decision making skills

Adaptability and accountability.

Job Requirements

At least SPM/Diploma /Degree in any field

Fresh Grads are welcome to apply

Possess excellent communication skills both in English and Malay

Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage

Good common sense and interpersonal skills

Good Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening, Data Entry Skills, People Skills, Informing, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking

Experience in customer service roles is desirable. Past working experience in contact / call center preferred.

Additional Information

Working Hours: Rotating Shift, 5 woking days, 2 off days (Not Fixed)

Salary + Allowance + OT

Basic Salary: RM 2200 to RM 2500

Night Allowance: RM400

Performance Allowance: RM500 (quaterly)

Attendance Allowance: RM750 (quaterly)

Mandarin Speaking Allowance: RM500 (monthly)
