Job Description


  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers’ needs.
  • Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Manage point-of-sales processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with products information.
  • Achieve sales target and ensure outlet stock accuracy
  • Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc
  • Comply to company policies and standard operation procedures
  • To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements


  • Proven working experience in retail sales.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Customer service focus.
  • Friendly, self-motivated, confident and sales driven
  • Basic administration skills.
  • Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent.
