Job Description

  • Assist in HR department on any HR related tasks given.
  • Assist HR on administrative matters ie leave & attendance system update and issues, staff photo ID, name cards, cash vouchers, meals arrangement for training, etc.
  • Provide administration support to the team.
  • Undertake other ad hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holders, must able to communicate well in Mandarin and English. .
  • Must be willing to work overtime (Replacement hour)
  • Preferably with 1 year related experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Computer literate & Problem solving skill.
  • 6 Months contract (Must be able to commit)
