Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams.
Capable of engaging internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Data Science and Data Capture divisions.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in marketing communications.
Demonstrable track record in leading a diverse team comprising of branding, online and offline acquisition, performance marketing and communications.
Strong organizational and planning skills and an in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing.
Experience in navigating ambiguity and overcoming obstacles.
Experience in selling a B2B SaaS product is a definite advantage.
Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent command of speaking and writing in English.
Critical and analytical thinking
Positive attitude and eager to help when there are organisational needs.
