Position: PROJECT ADMIN ASSISTANT - P Jaya
-Degree/Diploma/STPM in any discipline
-Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in similar field
-Assist in local purchase and International import services
-Work closely with suppliers, transport company & freight agent to ensure on time delivery
-To prepare invoicing and keep track of payment claim
-Support other Divisions i.e. Finance, Procurement on delivery and payment
-Support the other sections i.e. project and design team on documentation and certificates
-General administration work.
-Performs other related duties as assigned by the company
