Job Description

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and accounting report
  • Managing records and receipts
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Processing invoices
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process
  • Providing customer service to clients
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required

Job Requirements

  • Have knowledge of key accounting concepts and processes
  • Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in relevant field.
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline
  • Excellent command of written and verbal in English or Mandarin
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint skill
